- Kurokawa Onsen Line: From January 1st to 3rd, the Aso Shrine will be adjusted to Daikanbo (the best scenic spot in Aso, with a 360-degree panoramic view) due to local people's New Year visits making it impossible to park. Other itineraries will remain unchanged.
- Due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual travel conditions of the day. Please be aware.
- The supplier will send an email to guests between 18:00-21:00 the day before departure to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it in time. It may be in the spam box! In peak season, the email push time may be delayed, please understand. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email.
- Please understand that there may be traffic jams due to the long journey. We regret that we cannot be liable for any subsequent expenses caused by delays due to traffic jams.
