- [About Train Tickets] The round-trip train tickets from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station are not included in the tour price and must be purchased on your own. We recommend purchasing a train that arrives before 08:30 for the outbound journey and a train that departs after 20:30 for the return journey. If you would like our concierge to purchase tickets for you, please contact us at least 14 days in advance so that we can arrange the purchase.
- [About Park Entry] All scenic areas require the original ID card or passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Taiwan Compatriot Permit for entry. Please be sure to bring the original document you used when booking your tickets. Any additional costs incurred due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or incorrect documents that prevent entry to the scenic area will be at your own expense.
- [About Huanglong] The recommended way to visit Huanglong Scenic Area is as follows: take the cable car up the mountain - transfer to the sightseeing bus - walk to Huanglong Temple (altitude 3568 meters) - walk along the boardwalk to visit the Five-Color Pond (altitude 3900 meters) - walk down the mountain. The whole process takes about 3-4 hours.
- [About Luggage] The Jiuzhaigou route is a short trip, and the vehicle has enough space to store daily luggage. If you are traveling long distances with large suitcases, please pay attention to the size and number of suitcases. Reference trunk space for common vehicles: 7-seater vehicles can hold 5 24-inch suitcases, and 9-seater vehicles can hold 7 24-inch suitcases. If you have a lot of luggage, please contact customer service in advance to arrange a different vehicle!
- [About Accommodation (Limited to Two-Day Private Tours)] This product is a private tour, and you will not share a room with other guests. The default room arrangement is a twin room, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, there are two ways to resolve this: If you are traveling with 3 adults, you can purchase an additional "single room supplement", which will provide you with two rooms; you can also try to request a triple room or extra bed. If you need 3 adults to stay in 1 room, please note this when booking. Whether it can be arranged and the related costs are subject to the staff's reply (extra beds in hotels in Sichuan are usually folding beds or simple beds, with a width of 0.9-1.0m);
- Please note that travelers using China's 240-hour visa-free transit policy cannot enter the Jiuzhaigou area and cannot participate in this itinerary!
