  • [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay 2000 Japanese Yen/piece to the driver and guide on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver and guide have the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding Driver/Guide Services] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day. The driver-cum-guide primarily focuses on driving, with explanation as a secondary service.
  • [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary.
