What to expect
This experience allows you to add a unique chemistry between you and coffee to your journey. The flavor, aroma, and taste of coffee are affected by various factors such as temperature, technique, and equipment during the roasting and brewing process, resulting in a myriad of combinations to enrich your trip.
In a 90-120 minute hands-on experience, an island barista will guide you to discover the origins of coffee and share little-known secrets. Then, the instructor will guide you in hand-roasting your own unique coffee beans, and finally, you will taste your own hand-drip coffee.
