- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- iPhone X or later (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), as well as some Android phones, are supported.Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a reply showing an EID number, your device supports eSIM.Please refer to the image for applicable phone models.
- Not applicable models: Mobile phones sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau, and some Samsung mobile phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM; mobile phones with the locked number of the telecom provider cannot be used. Please refer to the official website of the mobile phone brand to confirm whether eSIM is supported.

- The eSIM will be delivered within 5 minutes after placing the order. Please make sure to install and activate it within 29 days of receipt, otherwise it will expire.If it expires, a refund can be issued after confirmation by LINE or WhatsApp customer service.
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- This product must be scanned and installed after arriving in Thailand. Installing it outside Thailand will result in invalidation. Please install and activate the received eSIM QR code within 30 days.
- eSIM uses the date to calculate the node at 00:00 Thailand time, and the next day after 12:00 midnight. Please pay attention to the number of days calculated. For example: enable at 18:00 on July 4, the first day will pass at 00:00 on July 5, and the second day will pass at 23:59 on July 5.
- It is recommended to purchase the eSIM 2 days before departure and install it on the day of departure.
