You will receive your eSIM within 5 minutes of placing your order. After receiving it, please be sure to install and activate it within 29 days, otherwise it will be invalid. Expired and invalid eSIMs can be refunded after confirmation with LINE or WhatsApp customer service.

eSIM usage date calculation: Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone) 00:00 is the day demarcation. After midnight 12 o'clock is the next day, please pay attention when calculating the number of days. For example: activated at 18:00 on July 4th, Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone), that day is the first day, July 5th 00:00 starts the second day, and July 5th 23:59 is the end of the second day.
Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 (UTC+8).
After receiving the eSIM QR code, please install and activate it within 29 days. The first day of usage is calculated from the day you arrive in Japan and activate it.
