  • [Regarding Accommodation] The default hotel arrangement is a twin room, with two adults per room. Room sharing is not available for this tour. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, you must purchase a "Single Room Supplement". For example, if 3 adults are traveling, purchasing the "Single Room Supplement" will provide you with two rooms. If you are traveling alone as 1 adult, you must purchase the "Single Room Supplement." - Hainan is a tropical region with high humidity. Hotel rooms, especially those near the sea, may have a slight musty smell. Please do not worry, it is recommended to turn on the air conditioner for 10 minutes to ventilate the room, and the smell will dissipate.

  • [Special Reminder - Regarding Wuzhizhou Island] Wuzhizhou Island is an island-type scenic spot with complex and changeable sea conditions. For tourist safety reasons, the following groups of people are restricted from boarding the island: pregnant women, the elderly over 70 years old, those with mobility impairments or intellectual disabilities, those who are intoxicated or in poor mental condition, and other people who are not suitable for boarding the island (such as those with heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.). Please be aware of this restriction;
  • [Regarding Park Entry] All scenic spots require the original of your ID card or passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Taiwan Compatriot Permit for entry. If there are guests who meet the scenic spot's free ticket rules, a refund of 50 RMB will be issued for Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, and 80 RMB for Wuzhizhou Island. You must inform the staff in advance.
  • [Regarding the Itinerary] If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors (natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.), the tour guide can make itinerary adjustments to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, giving priority to changing the order of attractions while keeping the attractions unchanged; some scenic spots have long closing times and cannot be visited during the tour period, so they will be replaced with attractions of equivalent value; if it is impossible to arrange a visit to an attraction, the tour guide will refund the ticket fee and meal fee on the spot.
