What to expect
The Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour is an extraordinary one-day adventure that allows you to witness the majestic Himalayas from a bird’s-eye perspective. You have the option to book either a group joining trip (for 5 people) or a private trip. In the group joining trip, the helicopter will land at Pheriche for shuttle flights, at Lukla Airport for refueling and then at Hotel Everest View for breakfast. Alternatively, in a private trip, you can request landings at different spots based on your interests. The helicopter will fly you close from the base of Mount Everest, standing at an impressive altitude of 5,364 meters and iconic Kala Patthar, which stands at 5,550 meters. The tour then transfers to HEV where you will savour a delicious breakfast. The tour concludes with Lukla landing.
