Terms and Rules

• Customers must present the valid Klook voucher, participate in event and redeem all goods in package at once in “Gallery by the Harbour”, Shop 207, Level 2, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Hong Kong at the designated date and time. Late redemption will not be accepted and no refunds will be arranged.
• If customers fail to present a valid Klook voucher for any reason, they are not eligible for entry and cannot redeem any goods of the package.
• Each quota is limited to one person aged 18 or above.
• Customers must arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the event starts and follow the staff’s instructions to enter through the designated entrance.
• No seating will be arranged. Customers must stand while waiting and participating in the event.
• Customers are not allowed to transfer their admission quotas to others.
• To ensure safety during the event, customers are not allowed to bring any large luggage or handbags, large personal belongings, alcoholic drinks or other dangerous items into the venue. Staff have the right to inspect customers' personal belongings.
• Please check the goods carefully when picking up the goods. If there are any defects, you must report them on the spot. Once the goods are collected, returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
• All goods are NOT FOR SALE, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Harbour City Estates Limited reserve the right to collect or cancel the goods used for sale.
• Donation proceeds will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• No donation receipt will be provided.
• All net proceeds from this event will be donated to Make A Wish Hong Kong.
• In case of adverse weather, cancellation or amendment of the event by the organizer, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice.
• In case of any disputes, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right of final decision.
