What to expect
Experience process This course includes making dough, rolling out the skin, stuffing, steaming xiaolongbao, and tasting xiaolongbao and thin-crust pizza made with dumpling skin. During the steaming of xiaolongbao, everyone can choose their favorite tea cups and taste a Chinese tea recommended by Yin, who will share some basic knowledge of Chinese tea with everyone. Chinese recipes will be provided after the class (including how to make jelly). If you need English or Japanese recipes, you can make a note when placing an order.
Venue introduction The studio is located between Hengshan Road and Wukang Road, near Siwei Village in Xujiahui Park. Siwei Village is a new Shikumen alley, built in the same year as Hengshan Hotel, using the same building materials (Hengshan Hotel is one of the six famous hotels in Shanghai, formerly the famous Picardy Apartments). Everyone can experience the old Shanghai style in the alley. The studio is quiet in the bustling city, and it is a 5-minute walk to the landmark building Wukang Building, the Internet celebrity street Wukang Road, Hengshan Road, and Xujiahui Commercial Center.
