Good to know

#House Rules:

  • To ensure the safety and security of all guests, no visitors of guests will be allowed. Only registered checked-in guests are allowed to enter and stay in the property.
  • The sliding doors and bathroom windows facing the lake is a one-way glass. Feel free to widely open the curtains for an inside-outside feel without any worries for privacy. However, close the curtains at night time.
  • We support sustainable living! Our little effort to scrap the use of plastic bottled water will come a long way. Should you need to refill your water bottles, you may get at the Bar Lounge Area.
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping within the Casita. Let’s avoid the risk of fire and more importantly keep the air fresh and clean.
  • The pool is exclusive for guests of Casita Lago. We do not have a Life Guard so look after your safety. Kids must always be supervised by adults while in the pool area. The management will not be liable for any accidents resulting from the use of the swimming pool.
  • Lounge at the Bar Area. We have a pull table and different board games to enjoy!
  • Dip and explore the lake. Rafting activity is available upon request and for an additional charge. Do let us know if you would like to book for this activity.
