The weekend brunch features a semi-buffet style, allowing guests to indulge in unlimited appetizers, including a French Cheese Selections, house-made Pork or Duck Terrine, Classic Quiche Lorraine, and luxurious “ Kaviari Baenki “ Caviar Selection. The premium seafood platter showcases the finest Australian offerings, including Fresh Oysters, Mussels, Shrimp, Yabby and Salmon Tartare. SKYE’s expanded salad options highlight seasonal vegetables, many of which are harvested from the hotel’s Rooftop Garden, delivering an authentic Farm-To-Table experience.
Following the exquisite appetizers, guests can savor a classic Classic French Onion Soup, topped with golden, melted Gruyère Cheese for a rich and indulgent treat.What’s more, the beloved Australian Eye Round Tartare makes a triumphant return, alongside Eggs Benedict, featuring Norwegian Smoked Salmon or Bacon, served on a buttery croissant. Guests can choose from two meticulously crafted dishes, each offering a vibrant fusion of flavors and artistry, delighting both the palate and the eyes. The main course offerings are simply delightful, featuring Lobster Thermidor (Half portion for an additional HK$120), Grilled Sea Bream Filet with Tomato Marmalade, Saffron Octopus Risotto with Iberian Chorizo. Our extensive meat selections offer numerous options, including BBQ Skewers Platter withKorean Spanish Pork Belly and Lamb Neck or a juicy Australian M5 Ribeye for two (additional HK$280), elevating the dining experience to new heights.
