  • NOTE: Rooms opened for sleeping will be subject to how many guests are staying
  • QUIET HOUR: Please respect our neighbors. No loud noise or music starting 9:00pm.
  • GUEST CAPACITY: Guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy set by the host
  • SMOKING AND PET POLICY: Smoking INSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. No pets of any kind are permitted in the property.
  • CHECK IN/OUT: Check in time is at 2:00pm while check out time is 12:00pm.
  • LOST & DAMAGES: The property is provided AS IS. Any damages or loss of amenities shall be charged accordingly.
  • CLEAN AS YOU GO: Please leave the property in the same general condition as it was in when you arrived. Wash dirty dishes before check out and dispose all trash in the designated bin.
  • STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Bringing of videoke, bluetooth microphone, amplifier and the likes are strictly prohibited
