• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 18:00 local time one day before departure and notify you by email. Seating and Vehicles
• The itinerary is a group tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please make a note, and we will try our best to arrange, but the final arrangement shall prevail on site.
• The vehicle type is arranged according to the number of people, and the vehicle type cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged as a accompanying staff, and the explanation content will be simpler.
• If you need to bring luggage, you need to inform in advance. If you carry it without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, and if it is soiled, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety
• Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day, and additional fees will be incurred if the time is exceeded (5,000–10,000 yen/hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only, and the actual traffic, stay and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide can reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• If cable cars,游船and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, you will be changed to other attractions or adjust the length of stay.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting location or leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group. Season and Landscape
• Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, maple viewing, snow scenes, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of red leaves may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the trip will still depart normally and no refund will be given.

Other Information * Please arrive at the meeting point on time. No latecomers will be waited for, and you cannot join midway. * It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health status.

* After the itinerary starts, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinners that evening, and bring your own light meals and power banks.
