What to expect
Capture the vibrant street life and immerse yourself in the bustling energy of Ho Chi Minh City during this morning photography experience. Explore the heart of Saigon and discover the beauty of its people and diverse culture through the lens of your camera.
On this walk, you will not only visit hidden non-touristy locations, meet friendly locals, and get photography tips from a professional photographer but also hear some interesting historic facts about Saigon’s downtown and its architecture.

















Good to know
You will start your journey over a cup of coffee or tea while your host will share the photo tips, ways to approach people, and details to look for to make the most of your photo experience.
During your walk, you will visit several locations including French colonial and war-era apartment buildings, a local hardware market, and a beautiful temple. You will get to see how Vietnamese families live their daily lives in a network of alleyways and have an opportunity to get to know some of these characters.
This experience was created together with a renowned photographer Frederik Wissin and is hosted either by him or Kevin Lee.
Originally from Canada, Fred has been calling Vietnam his home for the last 17 years. Fred has been doing commercial work for hotels including Accor, Hyatt, and Four Seasons, and corporations like Google and Samsung.He did assignments for The New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today, and Discovery Channel. His works were published on the covers of Conde Nast Traveller and Car & Driver magazines. Fred spent several years as an instructor of Hoi An Photo Tour and occasionally co-hosts multi-day tours around Vietnam.
With over a decade of experience, Kevin specializes in photography for commercial clients and takes on the producer’s role.Kevin loves capturing breathtaking landscapes and candid moments, drawing from years of experience in both photography and executive production. Previously, Kevin hosted street photography meetups and walks in Singapore.
