House Policies

• STRICT Check-in is from 14:00 - 17:00. Night check-ins are not possible
• Checkout is at 12 Noon
• If you need an early check-in or late check out, just ask, we may be able to accommodate for a PHP 500 fee per extra hour
• Keep all communication through Klook customer support
• Please bring your own toiletries and towels.
• ClubCali WiFi password is ‘lakelife’
• Kitchen is open from 8:00 - 20:00
• If ordering from our menu, All food orders need to be given before the trip (At least 3 days before). That way we can check availability and do the required purchasing.
• We do not have a restaurant! The menu is just an extra service I offer as I am also the Cook. If you do not order ahead of time, or if I’m not around, unfortunately you will not be able to order food on the spot
• No shoes or sandals allowed inside the cabins
• No cooking inside the cabins. We have a communal kitchen or bbq are for that
• No loud music after 21:00
• Always wear a life jacket when doing water activities
• Pets are allowed and we love pets, but there is an additional PHP 500 cleaning fee for pets and if they damage anything, you will be charged for full replacement of the item
