- SSI Mermaid Explorer Course 3 Days is main for your kids from 6 - 11 years to participate to become a mystical mermaid in Scuba School International Kota Kinabalu
- Mermaid swimming is a serious activity where one has to use core muscles and hips to create a “dolphin kick” movement under water, imitating the swimming action of a dolphin
- By using a ‘mono-fin’ which is similar to scuba fins, but, both feet are inserted into one large fin or flipper to replicate the tail of a mermaid
- Mermaid swimming can be a high intensity workout as its both a cardio and strength training and tones up your abs, thighs and glutes in addition to the normal upper body and arms

Did your children enjoy the Try Mermaid lesson and want to learn more? With the Mermaid Explorer course, your child or children can deepen their learning, widen their experience and extend their fun of being a mermaid!
For 3 days, your kids between 6 - 11 years old will be given breath-holding lessons, different swimming techniques and strokes with a monofin, learn how to pose in a mermaid tail, and practice their mermaiding skills.
If your kid wants to become a professional mermaid in the future, this course is a great start on their mermaiding journey.
