Lovely situation out of the main town with spectacular views of rice fields from the main cafe/bar area. We had a private pool duplex. I might actually choose a room near the main pool next time as it's a lovely area and we didn't use it. The lounge area was nice but open and therefore subject to small spiders and ants! Private pool was okay. The bed was AMAZING- huge and comfortable and a lovely big bathroom. We were spoilt. Food and drinks reasonable value- nice chilled area. We had 2 meals and plenty of drinks and came to less than 50gbp for our stay. It can be accessed by Grab and wasnt that much of an issue. Only about 2-3 gbp into town. Would definitely choose again next time we come! Thanks all. The staff were lovely. Only downside is we booked a photo shoot but miscommunication around the time meant we didn't get it. They were very apologetic though and no biggie and offered us other times but we had plans. Plus the doors are a bit 'gappy' when closed for an area that has PLENTY of nature around! I will miss the nightly cataclysmic thunderstorms and geckos outside the door!

A real gem of a place, small but the beehouse villas are full of character. A great view of the ricefields and farmland. You can see the volcano from some areas of the property and enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony and listening to the wildlife awakening. The spa treatments were heavenly (and less expensive than at other resorts in Bali) and the spa staff delightful. The narrow road up to the hotel is in poor condition, so although we had our rental car, we chose not to go out in the dark. I would love to go back but probably just for a short stay because of the difficulty with the road

Excellent all around! Very unique property! This was a bit of a splurge for us but definitely worth every penny! Gorgeous 'beehives', outstanding service by the property staff, and including the Bee Cafe with delicious food and occasional entertainment. It is a hidden gem south of the center od Ubud. 10/10 recommend!

The Hotel is in a unique setting in a quiet place but needs transportation to move around. The pictures are possibly old while the hotel opened a few years back. It needs renovation to be picture-perfect and the price you pay. A day stay is possibly ok. All activities are in the Komenika area.

I mean this place is beautiful and romantic . Rest on site was great and even with issues of lack of product the food was still great. Rooms were perfect and you can say its not romantic it just is....Loved being here and highly recommend
