Computer was out upon arrival so we couldn’t check in. Desk clerk had a bad attitude. My reservation was for an upgraded King with a view. They weren’t sure how long of a delay it would be. My daughter started looking for another hotel. I asked to speak with a manager to cancel my reservation with a full refund. That took a lot of effort. Once I spoke to the manager she agreed. Then as my daughter and I were stood looking at other hotels the systems came back. They asked if we wanted to stay or still cancel. The manager said since I had my daughter with me they could upgrade us to a larger two queen room at no additional cost. So we said yes. We ended up in a very small room that did not feel like an upgrade. When I checked out I was charged $40 in addition to the $100 security deposit for incidentals. When I questioned it they wanted to argue with me and said that there was no notes on file from the manager. I definitely feel taken advantage of and I will not stay here again nor do I recommend staying.

Was happy with our stay. The credit for the additional NYC rooms tax is confusing to use it would be good if this could be made clearer. I used the self checkout (which was partially functional) to claim my credit from the snack section which was quite depleted. We had waited in the restaurant to use it on some food or drinks but gave up as the wait was too long - one server was working hard but did not have sufficient staff to help him out. To be fair it was an extra busy time due to the World Cup final the afternoon of the night we stayed.

Fantastic
Our stay at this hotel was really great. The location is perfect—right in the middle of Times Square, so it was super easy to get around and see the city. The room was clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the valet and bell staff, was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Traveling with a toddler isn’t easy, but the staff made everything much smoother and less stressful for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic
The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations in many ways. The rooms are so modern, both beautiful and functional. The staff stood out as being so energetic, helpful, and kind. It is conveniently located and very safe. While the restaurant is pricey, it is delicious and staff were exceptional in the way they served and interacted.
