IN approx 150 m a road leads though the valley , the black sand beach can be reached in about 400m and the center of town in ca. 500m . The nice restaurant EL PALMAR and shops closeby. facilities the FINCA LA ROSETA was built in an unique way and has a totalof 12 living units , each one different in size and distribution. The smaller and freindly BORBALAN has 7 units . Both bulidings share a beautiful troopical garden with fruit trees and a swimming pool , as well a terrace for sunbathing , sunbeds and umbrellas ( free of charge).
