Location is great if wanting to stay close to airport (10-15 drive out south airport entrance), yet outside of the B-line (528) and major traffic. The atmosphere is great, they have access to nice walking paths that take you by Box park or further into Lake Nona area. They have an amazing health club that is 10x what a normal hotel workout gym would have in the Lake Nona Performance Club, which is a 2-min walk from hotel. Their staff is excellent, extremely friendly, and helpful.
The rooms are well appointed with technology focus. Plenty of power access for laptops and mobile devices. Only thing that wasn't great was the Well-Tech room with the Bryte bed option. We have never liked the adjustable pressure mattresses and this was no real exception. It was difficult to get the room completely dark with all of the backlit buttons that operate the shades and lights. These buttons are bright and appear to stay lit all night (desk rep I called said they didn't turn off), especially on both sides of the beds. I had to use outside the box thinking to cover them. Large self-sticky note pads (4"x4") would work well to cover their light.
All in all, we'd stay there again, assuming we can resolve the light issues. Everyone was super friendly, there's a Starbucks w/in 5 min walk of the place. It's super quiet during non-peak times and the pool (with reservable cabanas) and cafe attached are very nice. You can even rent rooms and pool area from 9-5pm for a daycation!
