It was ok for the price, the structure could have been mainted better(especially the common parts), but the room was clean and the breakfast tasty. Two notes: very thin walls, you can hear everything (literally) and the reception staff-who was super nice- was not very careful with the people coming/going(especially in the evening/night). I had a bit of a security concern returning after dinner, I get it’s a safe city but they should check who’s entering the hotel during the night(completely not addressing who’s entering, not even realizing when I was waiving or saying hi)!

The location is okay. Around 10-15 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. The room is very spacious however on our first night, the aircon in our room wasn’t functioning well, we were offered to move to another room.
