The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is very convenient. Amenities are commendable and contribute positively to the experience. However, the staff service could be improved. While some were helpful, there were moments where responsiveness and attentiveness did not meet expectations. With better consistency in customer service, this place could be even better. Overall, it’s a good option for accommodation, with strong potential if staff service is enhanced.
