We had an amazing stay at Amara Resort & Spa for our anniversary! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to receive chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne delivered to our room upon checking, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration feel even more special. The resort is in a fantastic location—walking distance to Sedona’s shops and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The grounds are beautiful, and the views surrounding the property are stunning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing the perfect place to relax after spending our days exploring Sedona. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. Thank you to everyone at Amara Resort & Spa for making our anniversary getaway so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay in Sedona.

Solo stay

Amara is located in the center of Sedona on peaceful Oak Creek, just a quick golf cart ride from all the action. From amazing southwestern dining and craft margaritas at Salt Rock to the spa and infinity pool, Amara was an excellent resort and we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time there. The room was great, the service at the bar was excellent. The pool was gorgeous. We enjoyed swimming and lounging in the pool. We also enjoyed the swing and chairs by the creek. We also had a 90 minute couples massage and it was divine. The amenities at the spa were amazing.

the staff was great and the rooms as well. unfortunately the guest were the ones that made it bad. They broke some glass in the pool that made the staff drain the whole pool and refill it.
