Our overall stay experience was generally quite pleasant. In summary, the location is quite secluded, and you need to drive quite a distance thru a steep hilly road to reach the hotel lobby. If you appreciate nature and quietness, this is a nice place. But if you crave to shop at shopping malls and eating choices at restaurants, you'd do better staying around phuket town. The nearest grocery stalls is around 2km drive away (7-Eleven/Super Cheap). One complaint though, was that KLOOK provided the wrong room type to the hotel staff (a downgrade) & we had to get the recep to clarify with Klook to correct that during check in.
