not all their staff are approachable and would respond appropriately with queries..some safety issues like, the balcony door of the room we got cannot be locked.. the jacuzzi suction has no cover and was too strong.. got caught on it twice and it kinda hurts.. i can be a problem if some child got caught in it..

The towels had a noticeable smell, the sheets didn't feel very clean, and the curtains were quite dusty.
