2nd time we booked this hotel and same style of room we took but when we arrived we need to add additional fee for the kid saying their policy was changed a day after i booked and klook was not yet updated..they should have honor what has been posted until it is posted, why it was our fault..though it was not expensive for the fee but still we were shocked for the add ons and there was even no announcement

The place is good and very convenient since we went to tops and in seaside . it is affordable and clean. though some facilities like shower , shower holder needs to be replace. the staffs are friendly, so we plan to comeback for the next week visit in the city
