Compared to other hotels in the area, this was excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Dinner menu definitely outside our budget for food and on the pricey sude. Spotlessly clean and great location

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great bed and shower, heated towel rack, easy parking. The staff were all lovely and the dinner menu is fantastic! The resident ducks were fun to have around too.

Property is nice, lovely staff, and great views… There are no elevators, all luggage needs to be brought up and down two flights of stairs Breakfast is not available until 8am which is not helpful if you have early morning activities.

Staff were extremely helpful from check in to restaurant. Breakfast and Dinner were both delicious and a fab view of the loch! Only negative was our family room - not enough space for 3 adults and a few issues with the bathroom.

They gave us room in annex building. Access is challenging. No handrail on the stairs. Dangerous to go up or down.

Fabulous elevated lochside location. Rooms with a great view. Excellent restaurant and top cuisine, personalised service. Very busy tourist centre for Loch Ness, cruises, coach tours. Good VFM in high demand destination.
