Great
Even though their food tastes good, client service is poor. They need to hire more servers and cooks. It was terrible during the dinner time and has been told no dinner on the first day of our arrival.

Great
Very clean property with many amenities and access to the beach. Great location not too far from town or airport. The rooms are outdated and need renovation.

The rooms were clean. Most of the food was good. Staff were mostly nice however we did encounter a few rude employees. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fantastic
Been to PV many times. Usually, our hotel is for sleeping, showering and we go, go, go. Decided to do all inclusive and try to relax a bit. We had a wonderful time! Some of the activities listed on the website were not happening, but we do understand we were there during the off season. There was plenty to keep my 11 year old granddaughter involved and social. The food was very good and a lot of variety. The portions were a bit big and made me feel wasteful, but that is probably not considered a complaint. All of the staff was very attentive, fun and helpful. Our room was always stocked with snacks and a variety of beverages. The maid always left fun little designs and surprises on our bed. We will definitely recommend to friends. We will be back.

So when we just came in our room it was amazing, everything was clean, and it was good smelling. We didn't notice any bad things. So it was pretty good. I recommend coming to this hotel.

Great

Stayed with partner

Pros: -Location is great, about 10 min taxi ride to the airport or to the downtown area -Even through resort is older, it's very well maintained -Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping cleaned the room daily -Staff is super friendly, everyone was bi-lingual -Food served in restaurants and at the pool was always tasty and the drinks were delicious Cons: -Biggest complaint is the lack of open restaurants to give options. The resort has 4 restaurants but every night except for one, only 1 restaurant open per evening and the menus didn't have a lot of selections and never changed from day to day as other resorts do. Felt limited in variety. -Seems they could hire more staffing, was only 1 bartender most of the time at the pool bar, made service slow. -Although housekeeping came daily, there were several days where they didn't leave towels/washclothes in the room and we had to call for them to deliver to the room in the evening
