Great location near bus station and rental bikes available nearby. Hotel itself was modern and clean. However our experience overall was very poor. On arrival at 6pm advised our room was not ready as the hotel was ‘nearly full’. Not our problem and an issue as we could have arrived at 3pm, usual check in time. We were offered another room which was being cleaned and asked to wait another half an hour. Given a token for a free drink in the bar which turned out to be a small beer or a small wine (no cocktails/spirits which was not made clear). We returned to reception and given a key to a room on the 3rd floor (I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from lifts & stairs). Again advised hotel too busy. On arrival at the room we found it shockingly to be occupied. A security breach especially as with my daughter. Again had to wait for a further room, offered breakfast for our 2 mornings. In all waited nearly 2 hours to get into a room. Worth mentioning that each time we had a long wait at reception as it was also busy. Staff seemed to be dealing with complaints. Asked to see a manager told no one available which I do not believe as we arrived on a Saturday. We were contacted by email and offered a late check out but did lot make use of a further offer of a free drink as could not bear to wait in queue at reception. Thankfully staff on our day of departure (Monday) seemed efficient and helpful

The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff.
I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue.
While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.

The staff here were incredibly rude. The front desk staff in particular. At check in. Thoughout the stay if we had a question. Check out. Just the rudest most arrogant people. If you don’t like people or tourists don’t work in this industry.
The staff in the bar upstairs didn’t serve us for 40 minutes before we finally gave up and left. We were the only ones there and there was 2 staff.
The room was not clean. There was blood drops on the sheets. Definitely not from us. Towels were not clean.
Location was good.
We tried to get water from the supplied reception area on three occasions and there is never any clean glasses. Breakfast was 25 per person for pretty bad food.
There is far far far better options in Valencia for this price point

Great location and a lovely hotel in a beautiful city. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well connected to the main attractions, making it easy to explore Valencia. A great choice for both a relaxing getaway and a city break.
