Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. After our stay, I tried multiple times to contact the front desk to get a copy of my invoice, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. During our stay, we were seated at the hotel restaurant by the host and noticed several employees standing around. Despite waiting, no one ever came to take our order. Then we watched someone bring out a pizza, and the employees all went into the back to eat while we were still sitting at our table without any service. We eventually left without being helped. Our room had several maintenance issues as well. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the TV continuously turned itself off and back on. The only positives were that the beds were comfortable and the room rate was inexpensive. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Stay was amazing. The Spa was awesome. Most definitely recommend.

The room had a really bad sewerage smell the whole time we stayed there. The pillows are the absolute worst so either bring your own or book somewhere else. The pool are is only okay if you get a cabana or a day bed if not good luck.

I used to stay at the palms all the time. Casino is getting dated and that's fine but they should not be charging resorts fees with what you get.

Hotels, cool just wish I stayed in the NEW side of the hotel pretty big. I hate walking. Everyone was helpful. Staff was nice.
