Stayed with kids

Everything was so close and accessible. Arrival on the Amtrak and then getting around town on the buses and train for only $5 a day with the unlimited pass (Ventra card purchased at any train station). Even the manager was there in the morning making sure everything was great for us. Very pleased with everything.

The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk( Regina, Tiana, and Jerry) I hope I got the manager's name right. They were so helpful and friendly. These are just some names that stuff out to me. The hotel and cleaning crew were to notch! Breakfast and the lady who worked was so friendly!

The front desk staff were so sweet. I came to town for my birthday and they made it extra special! All of the staff were helpful, we felt so welcomed. The rooms were also pretty quiet, we couldn't hear anything in the rooms. The patio was also a nice touch.

The hotel was nice and very convenient. We asked for more towels and for our room to be cleaned twice but it never happened. However, very convenient and not a bad room. Just a little lacking in service.

Great place to start a walking tour of downtown Chicago, get great coffee across the street, or lunch in Greektown, see the nightlife on a weekend. Parking is conveniently located just next to their drive up plaza drop off location.

The check-in staff were amazing. Friendly and efficient. The only negatives for the stay were: 1) parking with in & out privileges is limited. So don't count on that! 2) only half of the elevators were working, so expect to wait when going up or down. 3). Expect road noise due to proximity to the interstate.
