great location! our room was the perfect size. needed a little refurbishment. service is as normal as you can get in hong kong hotels that aren’t 5star. they smile but won’t go out their way to help open doors or help with baggage. our room was cleaned daily but the sheets had a weird smell. overall a good stay if you plan on being out in the city most of the time. conveniently located near a bus and tram stop. MTR is a 5 min walk away. also close to michelin restaurants in the Wanchai area. a good hotel if you are looking for rooms that are spacious and affordable at the same time. just do not expect great service. will still come back though!

The location was perfect for food tripping and near train station. Hotel was smelling good at the 3rd floor reception area and with free coffee and tea. Love the abacus wall design,reminds me of my dear beloved Papa. Some towels could do some upgrading though. Room was big for hongkong standard. Have kettle,coffee tea,free bottled water and fridge in room.
