Fantastic

Solo stay

Im scared of elevators and their elevator is very old besides that i have no complaint with this hotel. I do wish they had a smoking area on one of their rooftops so is us smokers didnt have to stand in front of the building. Overall great stay great area staff was nice and helpful i enjoyed their bar area. I had a horrible experience with hotels.com but the Tillary made up for it.

The Good: The staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great staff! The Bad: The noise. Traffic noise, at night. I brought a noise machine and then wore earplugs. Cleaning staff: what kind of WWF cleaning are these people doing? We requested a late check out and were allowed 1230. The WWF started at 9:45 and then housekeeping knocked on our door at 10, “house keeping…(knock knock knock) house keeping…” - we even had the door hanger on the door. I opened the door and let them know we have a late checkout. And 15 minutes later they’ve trundled off. They knocked on our door two more times before we left the room at 1145. I finally called the desk and told them what was happening. That was ridiculous. But the staff is great.

DO NOT STAY HERE my friend and I didn’t even stay here because they double booked us so when we got there at midnight, they had nowhere for us to stay. There were no upgrades of a room. There were no downgrades of a room just to refund us the rest of the money from the room that we booked it was we have no place for you to stay. They wouldn’t let us speak to a manager because apparently they don’t have managers on staff on weekends. it was absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had do not stay here. so if you wanna waste your money on a hotel room and not even stay at the hotel, stay here. there were multiple people that had the same experience that we had and they called it a “walk-in situation.” so for our three nights stay none of those three nights were we able to speak to a manager. So those poor front desk, people had to listen to our rants just to be a messenger.

Staff is amazing, they upgraded us when our room wasn’t ready. But there is a mandatory fee for breakfast and alcoholic beverages that we weren’t able to use due to our schedule.

I booked a luxury king room with a city view for my bday and when arriving and given my key . I was placed on the 5th floor no view and it was an ada queen room not what I booked . Went down to lobby to ask about room and was told that was all they had and I could come back in the morning to see if anyone checked out . I purposely booked a luxury king room w/ a view only to not be given that or an apologize for the room or to make some type of accommodation. Went down next morning at 8am spoke to a different staff person and was given another room on the second floor why that wasn’t available the day I checked in doesn’t make Since when check out is 11 . Also my view for that room was sidewalk . Was given tickets for free coffee and danish in morning and alcohol ticket to only go for coffee and it was very watered down and I have a nut allergy and they only had oat creamer . Then when happy hour was, we go to get drink no bartender to be found . The carpet in the hotel was very nasty and there was an odor. A gentleman would come periodically and febreze the halls due to mildew smell .
