Great location. Check in was at 4. We arrived at 3:45 and were told every 10 minutes that the room would be ready in 10 minutes. We finally checked in at 5:15. They did extend our check out time because of it.

Everything was fantastic, the check-in was so easy. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the view of the Santa Cruz Bay was beautiful. The location to the beach and pier can't be beat. Stay at Casablanca you won't regret it!

Great location! Steps from the beach and boardwalk. The staff was very nice and professional. Had a partial ocean view and a darling little shared patio. Able to park there before checkin time which we appreciated. Room was just ok. Fine for a place to wash, change clothes, and sleep one night. Beds were not comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Room was stuffy when we arrived.

The courtyard wasn’t maintained, there was green water in the fountains. The room was decent, but for the price I would’ve expected wash clothes and clean floors. The staff was super responsive to our requests. Love that we had a 2 bed/2 bath for the family. Sadly there was no ocean view. But would definitely stay here again!
