Our stay was okay, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room had carpet that smelled like feet, and the bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. If you’re assigned a room facing the road, be prepared for a lot of traffic noise because the windows don’t do much to block the sound. On the positive side, the pool was great for the kids, and the weight room was clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that alcohol is not permitted outside of your room, so be aware of that policy before your stay. Overall, the hotel has some nice amenities, but better cleanliness and soundproofing would make for a much more enjoyable experience.

Stayed with family

The hotel is nice, good rooms, comfy beds and staff is very friendly. The one issue was this is in and possibly owned by Mormons, so there is no drinking by pool or anywhere really in the area. It’s close to the Polynesian center which is wonderful to see and experience. All in all, it was a good place. There is no beach so, you have to drive to one. Convenient to stay here while on north shore though. They give you face masks etc. great additions and there is laundry on site, which was wonderful!

Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. One thing I recommended not getting is the breakfast option through Expedia. You only get two options and they’re not the greatest. Do not waste your money. Overall, my family and I enjoyed out time and would definitely come back.

Amazing renovated hotel nestled in O‘ahu's beautiful North Shore. Staff is warm and friendly, the lobby is thoughtfully designed, inspired by Polynesian culture. The room was very spacious, enough for four adults and one toddler. Location is very convenient with an easy, walkable distance to Hukilau Marketplace and the Polynesian Cultural Center along with a nearby beach! Highly recommend!

Stayed with kids

The rooms are very clean and staff leaves chocolate everyday. Lots of gear available to rent and are many places to snorkel and boogie board close by. The pool is never freezing cold and the hot tub is amazing.
