The person that checked me in was fantastic. The rooms were updated and clean. My main issue was the surroundings the lobby and the halls and elevator are quite dingy and

Awful experience this time , I stayed there 5 times before, and this time, ice machine on my floor wasnt working, had to go down to 2nd floor, no water pressure, zinc all plugged , called help desk every night from our room then from my phone NO ANSWER! Discus thing! also the car fee super expensive! I will not stay in Motel 6 anymore, prefer to pay 30 more dlls for another hotel a night that is much cleaner and has the parking included!

I didn’t get the name of the lady but she was super nice. Reddish/pink hair was super nice and helpful. Property was near everything Disney but parking was a hassle. Also heads up they do charge a fee. Room was not bad and it was for a 2 night stay.

Stay was nice, the pool was very dirty, the hot tub was even dirtier, when I called to let them about the women told that no one else has mentioned the pool being dirty and that she could not offer me a ewfund( I never asked for a refund, was letting them know keep an eye on the pool), Overall though I would stay here again, super close to Disneyland we eat their fireworks and my kids had a blast

Not recommended. They need to update the website. There is no shuttle that takes you the Disney park at stated on line when booking. There was no early check in like stated on the website. I even received a message saying I cloud check in as early as 11am. I thought that was perfect after a 5hour drive. We had to get ready and dressed in the car in the heat because we couldn’t get our money back. The girl at the front desk was not the friendliest person at all. The hotel it self had a bad smell dirty. The room we’re not clean. Yes the beds were made good but the floor was dirty. The place it self looked very outdated and dirty nothing like the website promoted it. Definitely never stay here again. Especially for the amount that they charge. You could get something much nicer and cleaner near by.
