GoodStayed with partner
Bad locations lots of riff raff next to strip clubs and gambling halls. Room had less amenities than what you will be expecting but the staff is really great.

You could tell one of the agents at the front desk doesn't like Americans, as she seemed snobbish to us, but nice to German speakers. The beds are hard as a rock, the pillows completely flat, and the shower is tiny. Ok for one, maybe 2 nights.

FantasticStayed with family
Very good hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable, an oasis so convenient, Hauptbahnhof, U & S-bahn, are close by, Marienplatz, market, churches, attractions are within walking distances. Cafe at the street corner great to get a coffee and croissant sandwiches for breakfast, mix wth locals, Lidal grocery store close by (couple of stripteases on the street but they are quiet, safe, don't bother anyone, no problems).

Breakfast is good but should have more variety for guest who are staying 2 to 3 nights. Place is clean but towels should be changed to new ones. Towels are worn out and old. The place is located on a busy area. Lot's of construction so when booking make sure to be aware of certain things like this..

Breakfast was the only highlight of this stay. The neighborhood is awful with gangs of men outside the hotel. The hotel has no security whatsoever. The front desk is rarely maned with a manager in the back office. I would not stay here again even if it were free of charge. They never completed housekeeping for our 2nd nite.

Room is okay but they should at least give you 2 toilet papers so you don’t have to go down the lobby to ask for it.

GreatSolo stay
Decent location a few minutes' walk from central starion. The area has a mild red light district vibe to it but doesn't feel unsafe, just a bit dirty and dodgy compared to the rest of the city. A few tame strip clubs and a lot of places to get haircuts and jewellery. The hotel is easy to find and has a decent lobby and elevator and is quite clean. Room cleaning only done upon request. My safe wasn't working but I didn't really need it anyways. Staff was hit and miss, professional but not really friendly though the older lady was very pleasant and helpful. Munich in general was like that anyways. My room was clean, had great temperature control, decent TV, good shower and sink. No fridge and the bed was quite comfy even with one flat pillow. Overall I liked it and eventually learned to love the neighborhood as well. Would recommend for shorter trips.

Clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Close proximity to central station. A number of food options and convenience stores. Walking distance to just about everything.
