it was a 5 star hotel and we used the klook voucher to book as I won it. just that I realise the rates are cheaper if booked directly on the hotel's website and with breakfast. I spoke to klook agent to price match but klook cannot do it for me which is very disappointing.

Even though they are an old 5 star hotel, but their service is top notch. It could be better if they fill the mini fridge up with some drinks for free to make it a real 5 star hotel.
