Stayed with family

The rooms are clean especially for a three-star hotel. However, the AC in this hotel did not work. We were a large family staying at this hotel and had booked five different rooms. Only one of the rooms had a proper working AC and unfortunately there was a heat wave in Geneva during our stay. It was impossible to get a good night's rest at the hotel. Also, the showers are very small. The location is central, but I would not stay here again, especially for the high cost.

Location was very convenient to the Geneva rail station, but the room was not impressive. Air conditioning was not great, but I’ll give them some slack because we were in the midst of a terrible heat waves.

The room and hotel in general were spotless. Staff, especially breakfast and maid were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, abundant, and convenient. The AC helped but couldn’t keep up with current heat wave.

As far as the cleanliness of the room and its condition, that was fine. The air conditioning could not cool the room so we had to go to another hotel after a sleepless night.

The room was very clean and modern. The staff were nice, and air conditioning was working. A very convenient location for the train and getting to and from the airport. The soaps gave us a bad reaction, so if you have sensitive skin I’d stay clear. Outside of that a really nice hotel for a competitive price.
