The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was great, sone of the best customer service I’ve received in years. Having the FedEx and Starbucks on site was a big pls. The food at Dean’s was awesome

Lovely, fresh decor, modern without being minimalistic. Room was clean and very nice. Staff were app nice and helpful and very welcoming. The Lift and Vine has great coffee and snack options! This was a delightful place to stay! Highly recommend!

room service food was not great and way too expensive. server of room service was polite and professional but gave me a bottle of water without glass of ice. she offered to get one but i said no. big miss. check in could not originally find my reservation but finally did. using wifi was horrible as i had to call desk to log in. i entered everything correctly but their last name requirement read with a first name as part of the last name. overall not good for a j w. bell men were very good. valet. could not respond to my request as my request on phone got kicked back. bellman had to request.
