This hotel may be in a great location but otherwise it is horrible. First night our non smoking room smelled like smoke, my son went to get into bed and there was something in the bed…. It looked like a ton of dead skin (so nasty.) Took us 3 tries to find a suitable room. Last night at 12:45 am housekeeping came to bring us towels. It was the middle of the night and unnecessary. For what we paid and what we got it was very very expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is so great! We used the subway so many times because we could just walk a few steps into the terminal and go anywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious. We would absolutely go back!
