Overall experience was good, I was staying in the villa next to the pool, the rooms are really good and the room service was fine ...it was kinda hard to go from. The lobby to the villa, better to just walk outside. Breaktast it's nothing special th, nothing really tasty. Only bad things is the pool location, there is always workers or random people walking around the pool so forget about privacy hahah

The photos are actually inconsistent with the property. The pool is extremely small with no chairs/lounge or other options to sit around if you want to sunbake. The other pool looked like it had been abandoned - again, no chairs or anything to enjoy the area. Very uninviting. Rooms are large but not what is advertised either I didn’t enjoy the food onsite Overall, very disappointing. Would not stay here again

Accommodation was nice, clean and as described. Whilst the property is starting to show its age, for the price paid it presented good value for money. Just over 1km from Koa Lu Old town, it is practical and a good base to explore the Jinh Binh region. We preferred staying here rather than the super touristy Tam Coc

Excellent location, close proximity to attractions (10 to 25 minutes by car), friendly and helpful staff. We booked 3 rooms - one toilet was clogged, one has no water heater and one door needed battery change (maintenance guy came to replace batteries without us reporting).

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast menu. Was a bit out of town but this meant it was quieter but easy and cheap to get a Grab. Overall stay was very good.
