Good example of the online pictures being much nicer than reality. Lobby and dining room very nice and breakfast was quite good. The room did not appear to be well maintained and was visibly worn. The bathroom sink was cracked and badly repaired, and the tub/shower porcelain was badly damaged in two places. The soap dispenser (one product for shower gel and shampoo 😬) didn’t work. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would look into it - they didn’t. Water stains in the corner by the ceiling and a black hole/spot on the ceiling above the sink. No hand towels or wash cloths - just two large towels. Few bath amenities. But the worst was the incredible noise from a large group of teens staying there who were yelling and arguing in the halls and running up and down the stairs loudly. I called the front desk twice to complain and they called me back once but the hotel staff was either reluctant or incapable of handling the situation. I will never stay there again - way too expensive for what you get.

A nice hotel set in the Lakeside district, we arrived mid-afternoon and were treated to a free room upgrade to a mini-suite. This corner room was HUGE! with lots of light and views across the town, lots of water pressure in the shower and a very comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with the staff making the western dishes that we had been missing. Overall a place to come back to when we return.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The quality is still excellent! We completed a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us and get us checked in very quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also tried theirs room service and the food was amazing! The complimentary breakfast had plenty of food options including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. One of my favourite part of the hotel is the western style bathrooms with a division for the shower. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again :)
