good location and breakfast is very good and affordable room rate

it was an okay hotel to stay while being in the heart of Sukhumvit. breakfast rotated in my 2 nights of stay, which was decent, but don’t expect a huge array of food. it has a mid-ranged Thai family hotel feel even though I believe it is a chain.

This is a very good choice when on a budget. Pros: clean rooms and bathrooms with bidet, daily housekeeping, central location, good breakfast options, and yes, they have BACON during breakfast. Outside the hotel are convenience stores, massage parlors, and street food vendors selling authentic Thai dishes, if this is your thing. A little further away is the luxurious Emquartier, a shopping center featuring high-end brands, yet surprisingly offering reasonably priced food in its basement food court. You can even dine at Michelin-starred food stalls for less than 100 Baht (2.9 USD or Php160). The front desk provides airport transport options, typically priced around 500 Baht, which is more affordable than Grab and other online platforms. On the downside, the rooms are not well-lit, and the location is around a 10-15-minute brisk walk to the nearest train station (Phrom Phong), not 5 minutes as claimed by other reviews. This is really inconvenient during rainy days or walking under the sweltering Bangkok sun. Additionally, the entrance has literally a steep 45-degree staircase that may pose difficulties for those with mobility issues and senior citizens. Overall, it remains a great choice for a downtown Bangkok stay.

Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and cooperative.Breakfast is good.Just 5 minutes walking distance to BITS station and 15 minutes to MRT station. I will stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future.
