I want my money refunded!! Mist disgusting property I've ever seen No towels or cups No soap... Trim busted off the main and bathroom door Sink was leaking Asked the girl at the desk for towels and a cup 3 times and was blown off !!! I left after 2.5 hrs and drove home at midnight it was so BAD

No towels, sheets, or bedspread in the room. Requested towels, were never delivered. TV remote had fallen behind bed from previous stay, took some searching to find. Trim around door was broken or missing. Mold on bottom of shower curtain.

The guy at the desk was very loudly reading off the names of guests and their credit card numbers in front of other people to the "office" over the phone . Also seemed to be pretty confrontational with practically everyone i saw him talking to.

Key wouldn’t work was given master key to return after opening the door. As keys couldn’t be reprogrammed. Rode my motorcycle there giant pot holes in parking lot. Went to have a shower after riding for 12 hrs no towels in room. Not impressed. Slept woke up at 630 to be on road again completely breakfast was toast or some stale muffins and Raisin Bran. Tables weren’t wiped and had a white chemical substance across them. When I checked out I asked about towels and was told laundry machine not working and sister hotel won’t do their laundry. I asked how do you wash sheets and got hmmm that’s a good question and he walked away. I could’ve rode home only a three hour ride home . But the smoke in air from fires had wiped me out

Their washer was broke no towels no nothing pretty sure the bedding stuff was dirty n they just remade the beds, no breakfast commentary like their sign said, Suite locks kept changing, poor staffing, poor house keeping, poor everything!!!

I typically try my best to find the positive whenever I can. I travel a lot and have been places as remote as Haiti and have never been in such a run down, poorly maintained U.S. hotel. The staff were nice and tried to be as accommodating as they could with the resources they were given. As we walked in , it smelled of bleach and old fish. The rooms were filthy with stained covers and carpets that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and you could tell they hadn’t had a deep cleaning in years. The bathroom had hair in it and the furniture was old, dingy, and not somewhere I would sit my bag down let alone sit myself. There were a number of other guest that were complaining about their rooms and key cards not working. Staff had to come open our door by swapping the card slowly multiple times. We decided to leave as did other guest. We booked an Airbnb about 10 minutes away that was so much nicer. I requested a refund through hotels.com and am currently awaiting their response.

Stuff dripping from the ceiling tiles, doors did not lock, no sheet on the bed, furniture looked like it came from the goodwill dumpster- torn and stained. Mattress cover was stained. Stuff under the chair.Found colored pencils under the chair seat. I think they charged by the hour. Even after another room was cleaned and we were moved, the ice bucket was full of water, there was a hair wrap hanging on the bathroom door, the refrigerator was missing and the only lock was a poorly done lock from Home Depot and a chain. There was one physical key- the keypad was pulled off the door for the electronic keys. The staff at the front desk was snotty and told us we missed check in, which was posted as 4 pm and we got there at 6. They also were on a phone call on speaker and kept asking the person Are you gay??? The shower curtain looked like someone polished their boots with it. There was an in room coffee pot with dust and dried on coffee, but that was ok, because there wasn’t coffee, cups, creamer, sugar to go with it. There was a bag tied over the smoke alarm. The tub was stained and some of the dirt wiped off. The ‘ breakfast’ was cereal in a dispenser and a carafe of milk and orange colored liquid in a very warm fridge. The house keeper was a sweetheart and doing her best with extremely limited supplies. She was so helpful and cleaned our new room as best she could, but there wasn’t even a trash can in the room.

There’s nothing in the room if I did not ask. Eventually I had soap and toilet paper to use but could not shower since there’s no hot water in the tub.

I would not recommend staying here. Not clean at all; I had no towels and toilet paper and the door to the room was broken so you could barely get door open.
