Restaurant was not open. No staff. Pool is very tiny and shallow. Terrace area does not get much sun. Bonus room is very big.

I had to really think on this stay.
First, the good: nice older hotel. Small parking lot right in front. Check-in was a breeze, passport and such. They give you a real key!
My room was on the second floor. To access it, you went through the lobby, ouside into the courtyard. The staircases to rooms are located there. No elevators!
My room overlooked the pool and tranquil courtyard in the back. There are lounge chairs, tables and such. It's a very pretty set-up.
The room was VERY CLEAN. I had a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Bathroom was sanitized and plenty roomy. Nice HOT shower. The beds were standard. Hard and soft pillow.
Out the front window, it overlooked where I parked my car. Across the street is a 24 hour medical center. That was actually very quiet.
On to the not-so-good: it was NOT THE HOTELS FAULT! Next door is a club. Or what seemed next door Which I didn't know about. I was there 2 nights, Wed-Fri. The first night aprox 9pm. it started. Loud screaming rock band. As it was cool that night, I had the back window open. The music and loudness continued on until I fell asleep after 1:30am. Thursday night was the same thing with a different type of music. I was located in the midsection of the hotel. Even with the fan/air conditioner on and all the windows closed I could hear and feel the music. I kept the TV on to even it out.
Would I stay again, YES! As long as I was going to be partying and not relaxing!

Below average The lady at the front desk was polite. I put my stuff down in the room ran to the grocery store and when I got back and had a chance to try and turn on the hot water and get things situated I was like what is that smell, the ac was not on, it was musty and it was pretty rough. It was like similar to a super 8 in the hood in the US. I went to the front desk and said I can’t stay here.. I left. Hotels.com says since they couldn’t reach the hotel to confirm I left. I had to pay for my entire stay.

Room and hotel was decent. Staff was also nice. But their Hotel Cafeteria timing was from 6 Am to 2 PM but almost all of days cafeteria was closed at 9 AM or they never opened it. And there is a metallic band bar next door who play loud music until 2-3 AM which was pretty loud and disturbing.

No alcohol permitted on the property. The staff and cleanliness of the building and rooms - all good. It seems to be aiming for Mexican business travelers. Not the home base we were planning on.
