Cold water, light broken, stink didn't work. Forced early check out

the pool was inoperable the bed was broken I had to prop up the bed with a can so my son wouldnt slide out of it . Shady people free roaming the property and my child has bed bug bites. They somehow say they had no issues with bedbugs but my child has bites

The property was dilapidated. The bed had stains and unknown substances all over the mattresses and the mattress covers. The beds had bed bugs in them, the sink had bugs in them. The linen was covered in dark brown stains with hair and unknown substances all over the linen. The floor was covered with powdery substances that were unknown, the tables had dark stains coffee ring stains and unknown substances all over the table tops. The locks were partially broken. It looked as if they were beds that were outside the hotel rooms that had bugs all over them. Do not go to this hotel if you value your health! All the staff did was try to offer me another room after I canceled my reservation with them. And then after I canceled the reservation they did not honor the cancellation and still tried to charge me full price for a room that's not fit for anyone to possibly stay in. Avoid this hotel or any other hotels linked with this management system all costs!

Sheets were dirty had to ask for new ones, so were the towels and had bugs in our room

My reservation was completely cancelled when I asked to only change the dates, cancelling the first night only. Super frustrating to show up to the hotel after an event only to be told my reservation was cancelled with no email notification. I was very tired and had no where to stay and all the rooms were sold out. Extremely unprofessional.

DO. NOT!!! STAY. HERE. The absolute worst hotel experience ever. My partner and I booked here for an event in Long Beach because the property was running a discount (amidst a price surge for hotels for the weekend) on all online third-party sites. We weren't expecting too much based on the price, images, website, and reviews, but it was far worse than that. Upon arriving, the entire property looked rundown and decaying. The big marquee was the cliche, see-in-a-movie-type of rundown and molding. As we walked up to the front desk, we heard the party in front of us being told their booking didn't exist anymore. When we asked about ours, they said there were no more rooms because the "property was sold 2 days ago and all third-party bookings were lost, and they have since been taking walk-ins." The multiple parties arriving behind us overheard us going back and forth with the front desk and owner, who was giving us the runaround about refunds and room availability. When they finally "found" our booking, they showed us the room. It was DISGUSTING. Cigarette smoke smell caked into the room, cigarette ash/burn stains on the furniture, trash (and cigs) under the furniture, burned hole in the blanket, stains on the walls, floors, and pillows. The water was shut off for the first 30 minutes being there. My partner and I felt so unclean with the furniture we kept everything in our car and slept on an air mattress (we luckily had with us) in the room the 1st night and our car the 2nd.

Filthy place. Broken elevator. Flies inside the room. As I walked into the office to check in, there were already a few people complaining that their rooms were filthy and one person even showed a picture of the toilet in their room being clogged up. The floors in the room itself looked gross. There’s one elevator and it was broken so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and it tough. The bed sheets had stains and I’m pretty sure this place might even have bed bugs. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Absolutely not. Trashy from the outside in, I tried to stay skeptical but this place is disgusting. Showed at almost 4, room should have been ready at 3. After the woman at the front desk told the other worker to show us a room with 2 full beds (after I reminded them I ordered 2 queens and she'd already tried to argue with me and my guest about whether or not we needed more than 1 bed) we looked real quick, saw the burn marks on the sheets, took in the smoke smell in a "non-smoking" and after asking about anywhere else decided we had no choice since everything else was booked and we had an event to get to. I made it very clear that all I wanted was for the room to be clean, and the woman up front interrupted to insist it was. And yet, 30 seconds after coming back to the room we found our toilet still filled with turds from the previous guests. And a roach was dancing on the bedside table. So not only does this place lie online and to your face, they don't care either. We weren't offered any apology or options. We were told "do you want a refund then or are you staying?" Even after going through Expedia the property refused to offer anything. Couldn't even bring us blankets and pillows to replace the burned ones. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Filthy waste of time and money

The most disgusting place from A too Z that I've stayed at . I saw a bug on the bed and smacked it with my hand and it bled on my sheets. I woke up with bug bites all over me. The front desk spent over 20 minutes checking me in even though I pre paid for the room and gave them the itenerary number. The staff don't smile or comb their hair or wear a uniform. Do me a solid and skip this place or you will have bugs bugs bugs drugs and thugs around you. Did I mention the help never smile nor are the hospitable.
