Good No benefits as Gold or Vip Access. Staff very helpful. Parking is managed by valet. Dead sea access is a small portion area and some dificult to arrive. 9 pools , only usable are 5 , others are private. Butler service was good. Breakfast buffet very nice i recommend it. In our case was a family duplex, all was working good. Babilonia style the complex. Rehan restaurant was 4 from 10. They have many options. 1 to 10 y give 6.

Below averageStayed with kids
I used to choose this hotel every time I visited Jordan, and it was always my first choice. I have stayed there seven times, but this was by far the worst experience. I was very disappointed because the service has declined significantly.
The staff were not helpful at all. There was no friendliness, no smiles, and no willingness to assist.
I stayed with my daughter and her children. First, we were given a room that was very far from everything. The golf cart took a very long time to arrive, even though the hotel was not busy.
I asked for help with the baby’s stroller, but the staff avoided helping us. Even when we asked questions, nobody explained anything, and everyone acted as if they were not responsible.
When I requested a late check-out, even for just one hour, because my baby granddaughter was sick, the employee M. Youcop refused very coldly.
While we were at the beach, we left our belongings by the pool. When we came back, we found that they had collected our things and moved them aside, claiming that the pool was closed, even though it was only 5:50 p.m. and the pool closes at 6:00 p.m.
I am extremely upset and disappointed, and I will not be returning to this hotel again.

There is a lot to like about the hotel, particularly its location on the Dead Sea. The things I enjoyed as well as the hotels setting, were the overall ambiance of the common parts - the large reception areas and associated seating area and the huge display of flowers, sculpture and comfortable seating. The infinity swimming pool which was beautiful if a little warm for me. The staff members I spoke to were all helpful and one or two who I got chatting to were absolutely charming. I liked how well the bathing area was set up at the Dead Sea which allowed you to really enjoy this novel experience and then have a nice shower afterwards.
The things I did not like so much was firstly, and importantly, my room which was in the main block. I did not like the design of the room, the finishes, the artwork, the lighting, the strange design of the balcony ( albeit had an amazing view) or the grey finishes in the bathroom and a poor shower.
The other thing I did not like is how far away from everything the rooms in the main block are. The hotel is large on multiple levels and you have to walk a fair distance using a number of lifts and staircases to get to the facilities - if you are older like (like me!) This is tiresome. I understand that there is a buggy service but it would be easier to stay in one of the apartments which are away from the main building and close to beach, main pools and restaurant.
I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel but only in a different room
