We had a pleasant stay at KOI Resort & Spa Hoi An. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the resort itself has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that is ideal for families or anyone wanting to unwind. The grounds are beautiful and the overall service was very good. However, guests should be aware that there are currently construction works near the beach. Reaching the public beach requires a fairly long walk, partly along uneven and inconvenient sidewalks, which is especially difficult with a stroller or small child. Overall, a lovely resort, but the beach access situation was disappointing.
